++ Need a WORDPRESS HTML/CSS Coder. THIS IS NOT A SIMPLE QUICK CODE, PROFESSIONALS.

Looking for a PROFESSIONAL wordpress coder, please do not send me something saying your from Arab, and you have coders that can do it, beacuse you are full of shit. I just wasted a full week, dealing with someone and yet they still had the nerve to ask me for $, even when they could'nt finish it and cheated me.

I will need aprox 4 pages coded into wordpress [html/css], and will pay a little over $100.
