Need a Wordpress Guy to do a quick fix for me

    go to Virtren.com
    i cannot figure out how to change the menu
    in the menu settings i can only add some pages
    but i dont want categories, archives and search in the menu
    so i need those out
    also,
    1. I do not want the search bar below the menu on any pages
    2. there are two lines or rows under the menu..one with the categories and one with the date or archives..i want those removed as well

    will pay via paypal as soon as its done
    and i do not expect to pay more than $15
