Did you installed your WP before pointing your domain and used the "temporary url" for the install? Check your htaccess and proceed from there or drop me a PM, i'll have a look.
sounds like an odd or missing <div> tag somewhere. could be anything... could be compromised, like Trapped said, could be improper permalinks...
