Hi.. I have a wordpress site and I have bought a AJAX PHP Contact form now. I need that form to be integrated to 2 php files and made as page template. EASY AS HELL! I could do it myself, but I dont have time. So, the job description includes, 1. Take PSD of one form for frontpage sidebar and code it to html, css and then port the ajax form functions into it and make the form live . 2. Take the AJAX contact form and place it as page template php file inside the template folder and then make the form work on frontend pages. Make sure, form is working perfectly and AJAX as well. 3. I will give a site to copy a PRICING table from there. So, just copy paste html and css and images and make the clone of that table onto my wordpress page.
