Some one who will complete the work. 2. I will need to see the design fully working before payment (I have been stung in the past by broken promises). 3. Your price should included all the coding work needed to make a complete wordpress template not just the front page. 4. A good portfolio of work is an advantage but not necessary. 5. No you can not tag/put a link on this work and you can certainly NOT put it on your portfolio, this is paid work!
