I install the newest version of Wordpress on your blog. Theme/design-I search around and find a theme suitable for your site (not unique, but fitting for your site). I'll do basic tweaking to get it better suited for your site. Plugins-I'll install any plugins you need and get them working with the theme. SEO-I'll fully SEO the Wordpress blog to get your ranking in the SERPs. What I do includes customizing the template files and adding plugins, etc. I'll also be looking to add a posting service (eg.
