Need A wordpress blog designed with "Multilanguage" pluggins

    I am looking for someone who could design me a wordpress blog in which i can make post in indian language called "Hindi". Here you can see the Hindi font http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hindi

    Let me know if anyone can do this and how much will it cost me?
