Need a Windows 8.1 LTE Tablet

    Hi everyone! What do you think is the best Windows 8.1 LTE 10” Tablet today? I want to buy one for a friend of mine this Christmas. I prefer the one that has its pen because my friend is an artist. I live in Asia and I searched that Dell has its Venue 8 Pro and 11 Pro Windows 8.1 tablets. Can you guys give other brands at a reasonable price and of quality? Thanks

    I tried using a Nokia Lumia 2520 tablet which I borrowed from my friend. Works fine!
