Buying Need a weekly linkbuilder, themes: CARS/INSURANCE/FINANCE/BUSINESS/SHOPPING

    I need a linkbuilder that's able to follow the next guidelines:

    The links you submit must be:
    - Theme relevant: since our website is about insurance, we need links that are related to: insurance, cars, finance, business, shopping online
    - We definitely do not want links from websites advertising pharmaceuticals, gambling, porn or otherwise any other websites considered to belong in 'bad neighbourhoods'
    - Unique IP's from every website
    - Page Rank 1 & above only.
    - No links from pages with more than 100 outbound links on them.

    Our payment rates are:
    PR 1 links = 2.50 USD each
    PR 2 links = 5.00 USD each
    PR 3 links = 7.50 USD each
    PR 4 links = 10.00 USD each
    PR 5 links = 14.00 USD each
    PR 6 links = 18.00 USD each
