Hello, I want to build a complete website/system for a Worldwide SIM company which basically offers very low rates for phone calls all around the world. Like: http://www.travelsim.net.au/ & http://www.worldsim.com/ So I want a similar site that will have the following options (and more): # The website should be first in English but later to be translated (not on this project) to more languages including Right to Lefr languages (Hebrew, Arabic) so its required to be able to do that easily. # Buy the SIM (there will be few types). # In the buying process to create an account (based on the SIM number). # Manage the SIM cards (admin panel - to see which SIM belongs to who and track messages, recharges of air time etc...) # Recharge it with airtime (manually or automatically). # Should be ready for future affiliate programs like CJ.com etc ... # Should have kick-ass design ! including banners and everything on the site. # Should have rates calculator and a worldwide map with rates. -- Please give me a detailed offer including exactly what you about to do and how (Joomla, PHP script etc...).
