Need a website re-design

    I would like a re-design for a site, www.aladdinads.com
    The site is an ad network, and we are looking for a professional, yet vibrant website.
    The approximate page number is 10-15. Any flash done is a bonus, but a static design is fine
    We hope that you can provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you have any satisfaction guarantee, then it is a bonus.
    Please tell me, an estimated price quote, and any major problems that you see with the site that you will fix.
