Need a website programmed - to accept paypal!!!

    I need a website designed/programmed which I could easily edit on the back end and upload files for purchase via paypal.
    The files can be excel/word/pdf or image files (scanned notes).

    This shall be related to my school material which I shall offer at very nominal price.

    Let me know if you can undertake such a project and how much shall it cost and time frame!!!
