Buying Need a website done

    I am looking for someone who can give me estimates on how much it would cost to build a site similar to isawyou.com or missedconnections.com. The website is about how you can try to look for someone you saw at a certain place.

    I also remember seeing an open source platform for such a site but can't seem to find it anywhere now.
