I need a website created (no designs needed) that will require these capabilities: 1. a login/password system, so that only those that are logged in can access the content. 2. the use of a database to store thousands of quotes - that is, the website will store many lines of text, specifically translations of sayings from english <-> spanish (these won't be entered by you, I just need to be able to enter them via the website). 3. other functions such as being able to search through the database using keywords for certain sayings that contain the keywords Most importantly, I need this to get done really quickly. I don't care which programming language it is in as long as I will be able to access it from a windows computer. (I don't know much about this stuff, sorry).
