Need a website Designer

    I need a website designer. I have about $40 to spend.
    I tried putting up my site together just to find out I suck
    at it. It is a business website so I will require something in
    that form. my site is
    realcreditservice(dot)com
    I won't mind even if it is a one page site like
    400bankers(dot)com
    but just something nice.

    If you have a portfolio, I won't mind a look.
