I'm looking for a design like http://studio7designs.com/ - I don't need any of the stylish pictures on the site, nor a background image.. just the mainframe so I can insert content easily when it comes to making the site. I've never paid for design work before so I'm not quite sure what to say.. nor am I sure what I will end up paying.
