I am a private investigator who spends a lot of time helping people who have been victims of online fraud. I would like to start a site that helps connect people who have been victims of online crimes with investigators like me who will assist these people at no charge. Could some one give me a price. I have no design in mind, but would like any suggestions. My budget is low since I do not charge for my services. thanks
