Need a web site designer !

we have a " live cam " site. its online now. we want to make a new " design " for our web site. we need only design. Not programming. Our site is running with ASP & Mysql. Our script will entegrate to this design.

we want :

- very powerfull design
- Cool & Nice interface
- We dont want classic design as like as other Livecam sites

Our web site is not English. it is another language. i will send you all details and our url if you want

so icons, banners and other graphic details will be in our " language ". we will send your all icon and link names in our language. it will be easy.
