Need A Web Hosting Company

    I am presently using a company that is offering absolutely no customer support on my WINDOWS Hosting Server.

    Can anyone please recommend a good hosting company for both quality and price? I was paying $150 per month (a good price) but was getting no support and cant even get emails to the domain setup on the server.

    Any good advice would be helpful!

    Cihost is reliable and popular as well as fast
    Routhost, very reliable, fast, responding to all inquiries and reasonable prices, you might strike a good deal with them.
    Both are outstanding good, Routhost is cheaper.

    I uses net4gold.com, $40 (2 years w/ domain) ... not bad for a simple website

    Id just like to note that i am after a WINDOWS SERVER (DEDICATED) and possibly a UNIX one as well. Does anyone have a good suggestion for dedicated hosting. (price and quality)

    What kind of support does VIP offer? Have you used them? Im really looking for some good help here from personal experience.

    Check out this thread and look at my post (2nd down) for information about AIT. The cost is amazingly inexpensive and I've been with them for over a year now.

    I have been using them for about 5 years with a shared server however their shared servers have been known to be as good and fast as their dedicated servers.

    They have been consistently top rated by web hosting magazine, but what really counts is my own up close and personal experience with them over the last 5 years with my own websites. Down time has been RARE. Speed and responsivness on my server has been excellent.

    They have a tech support ticket system that is very efficient and thorough. They have always answered my questions within about 3 to 6 hours at the most, no matter how complicated. Their technical expertise is excellent and they are professional and prompt with replies.

    One day I hope to move to a dedicated server with them when I am ready.

    The company was founded by Haralds Jaas from vancouver Canada.

    This company will be around for a long time, it is no small time temporary operation like many other hosting companies. If you go with Superb, then you will not have to worry about switching web hosts down the road (which is a royal pain in the ass), because Superb will be around. They are not bloated in size, and also not too tiny, they are in the middle and scale their business well.

    If you want long term peace of mind, go with Superb, that is my personal testimonial.
