Need a web designer.

    Hi.
    I would like to have a website which is about science,technology,health..etc.
    I haven't any knowledge on web designing and also I have no time.
    I am looking for someone who will design a web page for me by using CSS.

    This page will be completely static and no php,asp and any database.
    I only need a great visual presentation of my page.
    Anyone interested in this project,please pm me..
