Hi, I am looking for someone who can design a website like:
hardwarecanucks.com
tweaktown.com
or this
hothardware.com

it does not really matter what format it is in, html, php etc.

I am just looking for someone who can do it later because I do not have that much money right now.

I can do the DESIGN only, but not the programming.. It's a bit complicated (the programming), you'll have to prepare about 200-500 dollars for that.

i can totaly do that. fro only 70 usd pm if u intersted.

 

In html format which is static i can do it for 100 usd fully designed and coded in valid html and css.
However for it coded dynamically in php then it will be more in the region of around 500 usd.
It seems that to run a site such as the ones you gave as guidlines then it will need to be coded in php.
