Need a web designer. CSS expert

Thought I might give it a shot here before moving on to scriptlance.

I need someone to totally change a site. The layout and everything on it is done via CSS, so you must be an expert in this.

I need to change everything... move stuff around, change the fonts, change the colors, add some images... play with the site and make it just 100% different as what it is now.
Site is targeted at young people so you can have some fun with it, don't need any serious-looking stuff.
