    I am looking for good person, who can made for me a online web application.

    the idea is, http://www.digsby.com

    http://www.digsby.com is software which can connect to messengers and Social networks. but it is only software, i want same software as web application.

    i hope u understand. anyone can help me to come it up. and

    how much budget me should have for this system.
