Need a way to pay for Adwords / YSM / MSN

    Here's my problem: I want to start buying traffic from PPC, and have no way to pay for them. I'm only 17 so I'm not old enough to get a credit card, and Yahoo is the only place that accepts Paypal, and I don't want to just be limited to Yahoo.

    Is there any places online I can get a virtual credit card, or something of the sort, that I can load money onto with my bank or Paypal, and then use that to pay for Adwords, MSN and Yahoo PPC?
