Buying Need a vps for my site

    I have only one website right now which runs under webmin in a VPS.
    The reason i am in the market for a new hosting is because I keep getting downtime almost everyday and its unacceptable. Otherthan the downtime everything else is great with my current host.

    I need min
    1- 100gb space. Prefarably at least 300gb.
    2- 600-700gb traffic. Preferably 1tb.
    3- 1gb memory. Preferably 2gb or more.
    4- Free migration of my current site. Preferably to kloxo.
    5- 24/7 live support. Not just ticket or email. I need live support because i live in overseas and i should be able to talk to a person online anytime.
    6- Fully managed. I am not good with commands and those things. I usually wont need anything. Always try to everything all by myself because I need to learn more about this VPS thing but when i screw up something, i need a person to fix it for me.
    7- Definitely %99.9 uptime.
    8- Location doesnt matter but if no price difference, closer to europe is better.

    Here is what i have in my site.
    2 SMF forums. One is very active the other one is rarely active.
    1 WordPress blog which is rarely active.
    Couple scripts like form scripts, wikidocu etc.
    I use 4-5 dbs currently and the site gets about 3000-4000 visitors a day.

    I used a shared hosting with cpanel through one company for 7 years. Then I used VPS for 6 months with the current company but i cant take the downtimes anymore.

    So what is my budget?
    I want to stay between $10-$20 a month. $20 is my max but i can go over couple more dollars for some extremely perfect deal.

    I know I am looking for a budget deal. But before you judge how low I expect the price to be, please take a look at your competitors starting with what is in lowendbox.com

    So I am not looking for amazon.com quality. I am looking for a budget deal.

    I believe I have explained myself good enough and I would appreciate if you dont write anything else than your offers.

    1 thing I can say - If you don't want DATA loose or Downtime.. Change to good VPS. Don't ever go with cheap VPS.

    It is quite hard to find a good host that will teach you how to do stuff for free. However you can try lookiing for a managed VPS package.

    The Free hosting website that provide VPS don't have a good space. I think you should go for paid one.
