Buying Need a Visual Basic or C(++) programmer

    Hi, I need something creating in visual basic or C++ (whatever, so long as it works). Requirements for this project:

    1. You're a professional coder/know what you're doing
    2. Can complete this within a time frame
    3. Will accept payment upon delivery of product

    If you can code in either language and make an exe program for me then please get in touch. I'll explain what I want and my timeframe, then you tell me how much it'll cost.
