Need a virtual Debit Card i can top up with paypal

    Is there any companies out there that give you a virtual visa card and let you top up with paypal

    As there is some stuff i need that doesnt accept paypal

    You should get that from a DP member probably since I dont think there is any service etc who accepts Paypal for this. They do accept Credit cards for that though.

    Try RealUSBank.com - not cheap but certainly works with PP.
