Need a video cropped and set to flash with a player.

    I need a 37 second video of a person standing "cropped" (so just the person is visable) and downsized so she is about 250px high.

    I need a player with "play" and volume controlls minimally visable and the flash to be set to "play" automaticaly.

    (I also need it done right away!) :)

    Please send me a bid and when you can get it done.
