Buying Need a very simple PHP script done ASAP

Hi, I need a very simple PHP script done ASAP. I'm looking for an experienced PHP coder, not someone who is still learning the ropes. i.e a beginner.

My website collects the following information from a user (through text boxes, etc):

Name:
Age:
Year Of Birth:
Gender:

With a submit button at the bottom.

I want it so that, when they click on the submit button, they will get taken to a page containing the following:

I want the MESSAGE to be different EVERYTIME. Basically, I want the PHP script to chose a random message from another PHP file, which will have a list of different messages the PHP script can choose from, to show to the user.

I want to be able to add new messages to this list whenever I want, and the ability to use HTML in the messages would be great aswell!

Does that make sense?

Will give more details to those who think they can do this job!
