Buying Need a vector Artist to Complete an unfinished project

    I had a designer here on dp working on this project but he suddenly went on vacation and it's been a month and no replies yet.

    I have a sketch that is in jpeg format of a drawing. It is a banner.

    I need it converted to vector and colored.


    PM me time-frame and cost.
