Need a VCC to verify my Australian Paypal Account

Hi everyone, I have an unverified Australian Paypal account, would like to get it verified using a virtual credit card. Please post here or pm me with any offers or suggestions, would highly appreciate it.

Also for you guys in Australia, are there Australian banks that offer Mastercard or Visa debit cards that can be used to verify and make payments with Paypal.

You would need to add a bank account to verify your PP account otherwise adding a VCC will just raise the sending limit and your account will still be unverified.

So I need to add a bank account and wait for a deposit in my account and enter the amount or something, is that how it works?

Also do you know what the limit is before adding the VCC?

I would still like to find a VCC to raise the limit, so if anyone knows how i could do this, would really appreciate any help.
