Need a vBulletin designer and coder.

    I am looking for someone who is good in vbulletin in terms of designing a theme and implementing it, plus a few more things.

    Budget upto $60. Theme has to be unique.

    $60 sounds good to me. I can design a theme for you. but what coding? you mean installing that template?
