I purchased a design from forumskin.com and was fine when they installed. They did a great job at designing and coding it. Now the issue started when i upgraded to the latest vbulletin (Version 4.0.8 on OCt 22nd ) Once i upgraded it , It broke. Now no one can click a thread in firefox and are forced to use IE. My design is broken in so many places its not even funny. So i asked them to help me and inquired why this happened. They said it was VB and them changing their code on the last upgrade. So i asked them to bill me and fix it since they are the makers of it. This was on the 22nd of last month. My forum is still broken and im losing members by the day. Do they care? not really. Its been 2 weeks and nothing on a fix or anything. I just have a ticket with all my rants in it. SO im looking for someone who knows styles, skins , templates, what ever you want to call it and fix my site as well as customize a few things. I'm done dealing with companies who don't care enough to make it a priority when their product is the issue. I'm willing to pay and i need this fixed asap. I'm actually looking to build a relationship with a coder/vb expert i can call or email at any time and can squeeze me in to his day to day with projects on my forums. Who can hep???? and how much??
