I am looking for a programmer who is familiar with the functions of instant messages/yahoo messenger and can create a program that allows you to send messages to those who are opt in for a newsletter. I build lists from products that I sell and I always ask for their user id. I want to have a program created that will allow me to load their names and send a message to them all at once via instant messenger to alert them of updates. As far as I know this is a hard program to create especially if the list is over just xxx - xxxx. These are people that are not on my friends list so I can not just send a mass message to them. If the seller is new to the board then I will either use escrow or you will be required to give the program first and then get paid.
