What I am looking for is a VA (starting Wednesday/Thursday) who can do the following Basic writing (blog commenting & forum posting) Profile creation (ala Paul and Angela's links) Keyword research Wordpress installation (using fantastico) Changing wordpress themes (will provide which) Putting posts into wordpress (will be already written, you would just be putting them into the site) Adding wordpress plugins Other basic wordpress duties MUST be available to talk to via IM on a frequent basis If the person turns out to be of suitable quality the rate will raise to $3 an hour after a few weeks and the amount of time will also be raised. This is the start of a 'team' that I putting together to help with my IM efforts. This is a general role but I will also be hiring specific candidates for article writing, research etc in the coming months - I will be looking for team leaders for this so it is very possible that this VA role will be that person, and also gain a further pay rise/time IF I feel them suitable for promotion.
