I recommend that you use Dreamhost. Why? Well, it has what you want...close to it. You said that you wanted unlimited bandwidth and disk storage? Dreamhost (or other web hosting providers) don't have such a thing as UNLIMITED bandwidth/storage, but Dreamhost surely has over 1TB of bandwidth. It's surely more than you need!
I had tried buying Dreamhost's hosting long back. Back then, if I remember well, they did not accept Paypal payments, which is why I had to find a different host. Do they accept Paypal now?
I concur with a few previous posters. There is no such thing as unmetered/unlimited bandwidth. As soon as you use too much they're going to cut you off.
