    I'm maybe interested, got the skills and knowledge, but making a flash game is not a simple task, quite time consuming... maybe you can show some examples to describe complexity, etc.

    You can sponsor a game from an author at NewGrounds.com for significantly less than you will pay for a custom-developed game. Go that route if your budget is entry-level.
