Need a top SEO/Web designer using CMS

Hi, I am looking to do a major update to my website www.aboriginalartshop.com and i am looking for a top SEO/web designer to assist me. The current site was created in 2002 and i designed the site myself using a WYSIWYG editor with no real knowledge at that stage re web design.

Since then around 10-12 of my key pages have been updated by a web designer who implemented css on these pages but kept the graphics and feel along the lines of the original site. The rest of the site's pages and any additional ones i have added since are from the WYSIWYG editor.

I have a totally separate web site and domain for my online shopping cart that doesn't need to be updated as it is quite new but could probably do with a look at re improving SEO.

I want to completely update the look and feel of the site whilst improving my search engine rankings which are already pretty good (most important keyword which is "aboriginal art" is page 1 number 7 on google). I also need a system that once the design and SEO is done will enable me to easily add new pages/make changes to existing ones myself with hardly any knowledge of html (CMS). I'd also like to change web hosting companies at the same time as the one i went with originally is very average.

I need to keep all url's the same as well as all pages are well indexed.

Could you please provide me with some information on what you/your company can offer me, initial costing estimates and details of the CMS you use plus any other relevant information or ideas for my site upgrade.
