Need a tool that shows search engine results based on IP region - any help?

Hey all - If anyone knows of a tool that will display search engine results based on IP region please any suggestions would be fantastic.

For example, I want to know the search engine rankings for my website in different IP regions like New York, or Ohio, or Toronto - is there a tool that allows you to do this/see these results?
