    Please tell more information about level of code complexity required. Any special regulations, standards, AJAX, etc..?

    No AJAX involved, nothing complicated. Just a typical blog template with the sidebar on the right. Need to pass the XHTML validation in w3.org site.

    I want the following files :

    stylesheet
    index.php
    single.php
    page.php
    sidebar.php
    header.php
    footer.php
    404.php
    comments.php
    comments-popup.php

    That's about it.
