Need A Template And Logo For Arcade Site

    Hi I'm needing someone to produce me a template and a logo for my new game arcade site, Budget $15. The site needs to have a sandstorm effect as that's in the URL.

    Would like the page to have a sandy effect to illustrate the effect of a sandstorm.

    Also the logo to illustrate a sandstorm and gaming effect. (pictures needed)
