Hello, We already have a small web hosting firm and are looking to prepare training modules to smoothly train customer support. I'm looking for someone who has either had experience in customer support at a web hosting firm or knows servers like the back of his hand. This is not a trade and I'd be willing to pay cold hard $$$ for your assistance. This may include Skype calls and hours of brainracking because I want to prepare the most comprehensive training modules to use for customer support staff.
