You would use an online translator program for doing business? They are awful, nothing comes out correct. I work with real people and get real resutls
I'm interested for the Dutch translation, depending on the subject of your mails. My mothertongue is Dutch and I'm familiar with writing (I maintain several Dutch blogs). Contact me if interested. I totally agree about the translators. You can't use them for a descent translation.
