Need a Submit form plugin..

    Hello,

    I have created a blog for article directory..
    I am using theme my login for registration for users. now i need a form plugin where i can add some fields and only registered member can the form and submit article..
    Can anyone help me??

    used user submitted post but it is visible to everyone (non-registered) members. So need a plugin that can be used for registered users only. and they don't need to add their name .. is there any plugin?

    well i have used page restrict plugin. now the submit page is only visible to users only
