The article will be a speech.

A speech on 'Why not recycling should be made illegal'

It needs to include facts, opinions (in favour of not recycling should be illegal and has to be persuasive in all aspects such as structure and language usage.

I do need the article in three hours from now, due to complications.

I would really appreciate it if you could do it now, that is when I will have a use for the speech.

That's around 500-700 words depending on how the paragraphs end up formed. Sorry, if you want a well written article this length at "presentable" quality, the least I would do is .03 per word.

 

Would you do 600 words for 15 dollars?

Or is that too much of a low offer?
