Need a Special Modification on MSN/Yahoo Contact Importer

    I Got a Social Networking site Tagged.com alike, and i got a MSN/Yahoo Contact importer&mail sender, what i exactly need is when users register, if their email and password match their MSN/Yahoo account, it will send emails/invitations to contacts.
    it can be SQL Based too
    if you can do this job, shot me a PM with the asking price
