Need a small job done(Need my XHTML fixed)

    Hi,
    I own the website www.screwcensorship.com and while it works fine in ff3 it doesn't work in ie, and also the XHTML has many errors.

    If you could help me fix this and maybe something else small (such as adding code to make a blue bar on the bottom of the page...yes I suck at coding) please send me a pm quoting a price or more details. This shouldn't be a big job so I'm not looking for any pro coder who will charge me the big bucks.
