Need a small help with Wordpress Theme's CSS

    Hello,
    i need a small help with my blog's CSS.
    I just made a few changes and need to done a little more which is out of my knowledge.

    Please go to my blog.
    Now look at the Navigation Menu just below of the Logo.
    I need it to float in middle with a blue (#0065cc) background. Something like this.
    Let me know which files you need.
    Any help will be appreciated.

    It does that right now?
