Need a site

I would like to have a site built where people can add there bebo profiles to get more views. Want someone who can design it good and not cheap looking.

I can design a really nice site, but I can't code so I will hire people to code for me.

Erm, this part of the forum is for designs ( graphics ) and less coding / scripting. You should repost this in
Buy sell trade > Services > Programming.
You will probably yield better results there.
