You can work around this template, or start from scratch, but I need the template to be coded and ready to go. Got it, but a little pricey for me esp since you didn't show me any work. BTW, I am not in this to resell the template, I want a one-off for my own site and I really don't want templates that have a stipulation like a link to your site (designed by, etc). I want a one-shot deal with no restrictions.
I thought id throw the price at you first, then if its within your budget then id show you my portfolio, there are many people on here expecting to get a quality template for $30 or something on here... Anyways doesnt matter now, best of luck with your redesign.
